I have already submitted a new case, and no rpely on prevuous case for 2 days now.. They can not act like this, are they not regulated by FCA? Don't they have to comply. It feels like a bunch of school kids running a popularity contest who just pick and choose.
Even until now, they haven't given any reply? Usually, these exchanges supports should reply at least at the end of the day for concerns like this.
Is this how poor customer service they have for the complaints raised to them? Can you provide some screenshots of your way on how you communicate on them and with your conversation?
