IMO some heads should roll in top order especially the likes of Kohli and Rohit. Need accountability, which is missing and can't hide behind intent talk.

The likes of Rahane and Puji faced an Axe because of this so called intent.

It was unfortunate and a gray area but usually, such a call goes in favor of the batter when the on-field decision is not out. Not today. It's part of the game, so it's all good and we shouldn't read much into it.
