I have been using Azea in the past for several root servers I used to run nodes for different projects:
I didn't need any KYC and paid via Crypto and their servers are decent.

(Even though the fees for crypto payments are quite high).
Nevertheless i prefer regular providers like Netcup or Contabo which are even more reliable imho.
