Fear is an enemy to man don't let fear stop you, don't be afraid of criticism in this forum as a newbie because it will surely come see it as a way to learn and correction not as violence.
Sometimes newbies lack orientation on threads to post on that they might likely earn Merit I see most newbies posting on gambling thread where getting merit is highly impossible.
And for your post to earn Merit it should be meaningful post before I even started earning merit in the forum I have done more post you did now, so I will encourage you not to give up just be consistent in the forum and keep making helpful post merit will surely keep on coming.
Try making post in speculation board.

But I get one question, according to Ur statement, u say some newbies dey post for certain places wey dem no fit get merit at all, dat means say e get some specified places wey person go post wey merit go dey and some places no dey get merit?? Biko, if thats the case, can u help mention the board or places wey post fit get merit and some of the places wey merit no dey likely to come out so dat one can learn better and grow accordingly pls.
