Has anyone made a withdrawal at this site recently? I have seen that now you have to pass 2 verifications to make a withdrawal. Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of handling stuff securely but for that this also has to work properly.



I tried to receive the email code 4 times and never got it. Even now, some days later and the emails didn't show up. And no, they are not in the spam folder as well. Lucky for me I also have my phone number registered and received a pin there but I wonder what's going on with the emails. If a player is traveling or whatever and can't receive sms they basically can't withdraw if the email verification isn't working.
By the way, other players also reported this on their discord server but there isn't really any info how to fix this, not from the mods on discord or the support on site, vip support included. Just wondering if somebody else had this issue.
