Since this is my first time using Bitcointalk, there’s still a lot for me to learn. Can someone tell me how to contact the forum admin? Also, I’ve had several people privately message me claiming to be account managers for Bitcointalk. I’d like to know if that’s legitimate or not.

Make sure you confirm by asking forum members before making a deal with anyone privately because scams are not moderated and it will only be your fault if someone scams you privately. So if you are offered something in return for money, ask whether it's legit before you go ahead, just like how you did right now.
