Most of the exchanges that I have used before have live chat. Is Kraken not having live chat? It will start with a bot but you can input something like 'i want to contact the customer care'. This has been what I always input and the bot will take me to the customer care which you can chat with. But there may be queue but it is worth waiting and a customer care can chat with you. Or is Kraken not having live chat?
