SCAM. They cancelled the withdrawal of money twice, they can’t give a reason.

Did their support team reach out to you after the withdrawal was canceled? Were you able to resolve the issue?

Maybe he's just trolling; his negative feedback marked him as a troll. if he has not yet withdrawn his money, he should have posted an update; no gambler will want his withdrawal freeze, and its been 15 days since he posted his complaint better movce on with him and concentrate on making your announcement competitive.
Look you are not yet wearing a copper account and you have a bad announcement, I'm sure you received offer of guidance from managers here.
Just pick the right manager to work with so you will know how everything works here, or you will end up just an ordinary casino here, you have to be competitive to get the attention of gamblers.


One or two negative feedback does not matter when the casino representative can defend that they are right. Here too, the person who had the withdrawal cancelled didn't contacted the support when 11Croco Team asked him to do so.
You're wrong saying one or two negative feedbacks do not count and I also wish you were in the shoes of those people to feel the hurt. So far it is geunie, it counts. This is especially true if the company is new or does not have a huge base of customers, such bad feedback hits them worse than you expect.

Talking about what you are trying to support here, why would a responsible casino cancel his withdrawal twice without duly telling the customer why? Must we always stress ourselves to contact the support for their firsthand work? I've had a few of my withdrawals cancelled by companies but they politely write the reason in the Member Area or through an email so that I can understand and act where applicable. That is what I call a good service, let's stop building confidence for casinos even when they have lapses.
