Yes, we can see that Manchester United's game has improved a bit. After Ten Hag left, they can say that they have improved their defense a bit by adopting the new interim coach's strategies. Many of us thought that Manchester United would lose against Chelsea, but they didn't lose, but drew the game. They resisted Chelsea's strong attack and Manchester United performed quite well. I think if Manchester United can improve their game and become stronger, they will definitely be able to do something good by the end of the season. Yes, since Manchester United is currently moving in the right direction, they need to be patient and adopt better strategies if they are to move forward. Manchester United definitely needed a good manager to bring about change, which is what Man United has now and they are preparing to move forward at the moment.
I'll give it to Manchester United and the way they approach the game, it was a bit different from how they go about business when one of the problems of UTD was in the club, talking about ETH. Another problem UTD is experiencing now is that attacking department, you can't have someone like Garnacho who feels he has to play full time even if he misses 5 good chances to still be on the pitch, he caused Man UTD the remaining 2pt to make it 3 free point, this guy was suppose to be the missing piece of the Red Devils (so I thought) but now he has lost that greatness in him and I have that feeling that Rashford needs to play more to come back to that wonderful form of his. As for the attack of Chelsea I can't see anything threatening with those guys in that game outside from Neto who made life a living hell for the UTD players and he made them hold on to the yellow cards, outside from Neto the rest wasn't on the pitch even Cole Palmer wasn't in action.
Indeed Manchester United are heading to the right direction and I have that believe that Nistelrooy is doing well and if there's a way I would like him to manage the team till the end of the campaign, he can change the mentality of the squad especially attackers but his stay with the guys won't be for long. I think he has a strong plan to turn this guys to fighting machine but he needs time to accomplish that, with the little time he'll spend as their boss I think UTD won't lose a game until the new manager comes to take over.
I don't feel Rashford should be given more playing time as your urging, the guy has given Manchester United his best over the years, I think he should be replaced entirely. I didn't see much difference with what ETH has been coaching during that Chelsea encounter and what Ruud Van Nisterlrooy did, United players just had to approach the game differently because it a big game. Garnacho is not a forwarded that puts pressure on defenders, I feel he is just an average player.
Well I understand the need to appreciate Van Nisterlrooy for this two games he has handled, at least united haven't lost any game with him, but I think we should relax the praise sinking for now, although a new coach will now take over the wheels of steel, let's see what he has in stock for united.
I don't know how you feel about the man Rashford, well it is better for UTD to sell Rashford than keeping him and like you said he has already given his all to Manchester United. I prefer to have Rashford on my team than Garnacho because is like he doesn't improve every week, nothing new to show when he's on the pitch, talking about Garnacho. I believe that if Rashford is given an opportunity to leave he'd do better than what we're seeing at United, some players are tired of playing for UTD and if they release them or allow them to leave the club you'd see them doing well.
For me on Van Nisterlrooy, I can't start praising him yet and I'm not a fan of someone doing good and I start praising him or her, no. I just believe he can go unbeaten before leaving the club because he has a better way of relating with the players and is different from how ETH was relating with the players. These young players need someone who can see things the way they see them and you'd apply your own ways to make the understanding mutual, doing that alone you have won their heart.
