if you prefer non-EVM chain use SOL and just use most reputable DEX in there as well like jupiter.

Never worked with Base that much, however, I do think in all the cases, the fees would be very small.. So small you wouldn't relly mess with them and would need to do it. The arbitrum and SOl would be the smallest, as far I know, but I may be wrong
