I don't think there's anything new, land-based gambling has been defeated by online gambling. I'm not sure land-based gambling still exists because technology has advanced and time has run out for daily work routines so there won't be time to go to existing casino locations.

I beg to disagree that due to technology advancing people have less time to spend. I believe it is the opposite since as technology advance the process of doing things become easier and faster reason for people to have more time for leisure.
