It's based on wager activity as well. For example my post monthly bonus was higher this month because I wagered a good amount. There is a minimum amount for each rank and then some extra for wager but capped at $20-25 I think for Platinum-4.

Want to say something about stake because I see a lot of criticism about the casino especially since the competitors have arrived. A few points to remember:
