It shows that making a fortune through gambling is possible if you have the skills. It’s a mistake to think we’re all destined to lose in the long run.

I guess it's not about skills. It's just that someone might get lucky, so this person is lucky. But this does not mean that anyone else is guaranteed to be lucky if they imagine that they have "skills". In general, this chain of reasoning based on one example is a characteristic "survivorship bias" when millions of losers are not taken into account. It is possible to make a fortune, but who wins depends only on chance...

When you have the skills and some luck, you’ll probably win occasionally. However, if you keep gambling, the chances of losing your winnings are high, as I’ve experienced. In gambling, you win some, you lose some. It’s important to set a goal, and once you’ve achieved it, it’s time to quit and invest your gambling profits in other ventures instead of always relying on gambling.
