If you pay a fee of 0.0002, that is over $13 if bitcoin is $68000. This is one of the reasons I do not like to make bitcoin transaction on exchanges.

If you make a transaction thst is not more than 1 input and 1 or 2 output on a wallet that is noncustodial, the fee will not be more than $0.38 as the mempool is 4 sat/vbyte.

Or you can use low fee exchanges. They are not many but few exchanges that are like this. you can use exchange like OKX or MEXC, you will not depend more than $2 on transaction fee.
