On 31st October 2008, Satoshi Nakamoto officially introduced Bitcoin White paper to the general public as a peer to peer electronic cash system
This crypto currency has come a long way from being a digital experiment to now becoming a global sensation
Although it wasn't easy but she fought her way through all trials and tribulations and against all odds Bitcoin is now the number one cryptocurrency and has reached a market value of over $1.4 million making it the 10th largest global asset and can be regarded as the new digital gold
It is well known to be the best currency for financial freedom
Well, all these won't have been possible without the great Satoshi Nakamoto
I'm happy I purchased my first Bitcoin, and I'm proud to call myself a bitcoiner
Congrats, buddy. It's never late to get into Bitcoin. Even though prices are quite a bit high these days, it's nothing compared to what's coming in the future. This is only the beginning of a wonderful journey for early adopters like us. I'm amazed to see a project like Bitcoin last for quite a long time. 16 years is a lot of time in cyberspace.
I'd suggest you "hodl" your first BTC and wait until it goes all the way to $1m. Assuming you have "diamond hands". Not everyone is capable of "hodling" BTC for a long time. Especially when rising market prices tempts us to sell BTC quickly for profit. The goal is to become rich with Bitcoin, right? Either way, we should never forget why Bitcoin was created in the first place. It was meant to be an alternative to the existing monetary system, allowing you to be your own bank. I sure hope Bitcoin lasts way beyond the last block reward halving of 2140.
