Unfortunately it is a sad reality. There is not much way to avoid this situation.
In +10 years of working with websites, it was the first time I had this problem. So it all ended up being a bit new to me. This only helps us learn and grow, to reduce the impact of this situation in the future.
UPDATE:I inform you that, if everything goes as planned. In an hour, everything should be back up and running.
