From $50 to $40 million - crazy, right? It shows that making a fortune through gambling is possible if you have the skills. It’s a mistake to think we’re all destined to lose in the long run.
What do you think about this? Isn’t it inspiring already?
$50 to $40,000,000 is something that's crazy, but you know what's even crazier? The people who thinks like "It happened to him/her, and I believe that it will happen to me as well. It can happen to anybody including me." and because of this, the gambler spend $50 hoping to make money in gambling. If the gambler loses, he will spend more money because of this kind of thinking.
Make a fortune on gambling as long as you have skills? Although skill is an important factor when it comes to gambling, there's nothing more important than luck. You can be the skilled gambler, but if you aren't lucky, it's pretty much useless and you might end up losing money still. Destined to lose in the long run? It will depend on the gambler because a gambler might win a million dollars from a single dollar only, but he might come back, gamble again using that money that he won and in the end, he might lose it all. Losing in the long run isn't certain, but since most of the gamblers doesn't know the term "Stop" when they're winning huge, we've seen it that way already.
Inspiring? Nahhh not at all.
It aint that crazy when you google this guys story. He did not make that $50>$40,000,00 in one day, but did it during 3 years of gambling, and his starting budget was not $50, but $10k loan. $50 is the amount he had when he has arrived to Vegas, took loan (or many loans, wikipedia does not give full info) and started gambling. The story is not inspiring at all, because that person has lost those $40 millions. His story would be inspiring, if he would kept those $40 millions and spent them wise, or made help to society.
