Now that there is a US spot bitcoin ETF, bitcoin is no longer considered shady or obscure.
Almost everything you posted was true except this one.

So you think that bitcoin was shady before bitcoin spot ETF was approved in the United States? That is not true. There was nothing shady about bitcoin. Also its price is not easy to manipulate because of its huge marketcap. Bitcoin had over $1 trillion marketcap before bitcoin spot ETF was approved in the United States. How was it shady?

He would have rephrased these comments. There is nothing shady about Bitcoin because it's just a currency. As a currency, people can use it any how they want. But there are some set of people who still hold this old assumption that Bitcoin is widely used for shady deals. I think what OP meant was that because of the government approval and the increase in big institutions, those people might begin to change their views about Bitcoin. I know people who assume that only government-approved investments are safe.

Some are tough-nuts, but that's a good way to put it - seeing how the big fellas are going for BTC, more people, in the end, will be interested in it, hopefully in a good and healthy manner.
