Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress?

If the goal of the gambler is just for fun, I don't think that the tracking you are talking about will be needed. Why would I think about that? I'm just chasing to pass the time. Even assuming that the gambler's desire is to make a profit from gambling, they will still not prioritize or understand the tracking progress in playing gambling.

Because once the gambler starts gambling in any casino, there is nothing else to think about but to satisfy himself or get a profit from playing gambling in the casino.

Indeed, if the goal is to satisfy your craving and you just want to kill some time, there's no need to track your gambling progress and your gambling expenses, just allow yourself to feel the enjoyment and leave after, while if you are in the side of getting much higher chance of winning or if you are aiming to win, then it's important to rack your progress.

There's  a need of knowing if you are doing good and if ever you experienced defeats then from that point you need to know how to adjust, when you track your progress you have better idea  when to stop and when to push forward.
