Yes, today will be the first match of ODI series between Bangladesh vs Afghanistan. Bangladesh lost badly in the last two Test series because of the failure of the Bangladeshi batsmen. Bangladesh batsmen have not been able to perform well against India and South Africa. However, Soumya Sarkar, Tanzid Hasan, Mahmudullah Riyad, Towhid Hridoy have been added to the Bangladesh squad in this series, so hopefully Bangladesh's batting line will improve against Afghanistan. Anyway, I don't expect much from Bangladesh team, because if Bangladeshi batsmen luckily do well in 1 match, they are seen to bat badly in 10-12 matches. Bangladesh can do well in this series as it is an ODI format. Now let's see how Bangladesh performs in today's match.

In the ODI series between Bangladesh and Afghanistan, I will put Afghanistan ahead because they have a much stronger bowling and batting line than Bangladesh. Afghanistan team has several best bowlers among them Rashid Khan, Fazlul Haque Farooqui. These players are performing consistently in every match for Afghanistan. Afghanistan middle order trying to build a partnership and also Bangladeshi bowler try to restrict them with low total. It will give opportunity to get a easy win. Mustafizur Rahman are bowling well. He took 03 wickets from those 04 wickets and another 01 for Taskin Ahmed. The pitch is look like so tough for getting runs if Afghanistan able to put a good score on the board like 200+ it will be tough for Bangladesh to chase. Afghanistan can put pressure them. Cricket is a game of fun, Let's if momentum change for Afghanistan.

If Bangladesh can keep pressure on this pitch then Afghanistan can do the same because they also have good bowlers. If the spin works, Bangladesh will fail to chase down the target set by Afghanistan. But looking at the condition of the first innings, it can be felt that Afghanistan are under pressure at the beginning. If the pitch condition is not really suitable for runs then Afghanistan has more chances to win this match.

Afghanistan have lost only 5 wickets so far and if they can continue batting the whole innings from here I think Afghanistan's score of around 250 in this match is quite normal. Moreover, with Mohammad Nabi and Rashid Khan in the team, there is definitely a possibility that this score will be big, which will not be very positive for the Bangladesh team.
