Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress?
I personally have never done it and often gamble just for fun without any planning to be further involved in gambling, but if it is needed, of course tracking progress in gambling is something we can do in order to see the progress of every bet we make, be it a win or a loss, with this recording of course we can get a clearer picture of the patterns and trends in our gambling activities so far,  so indirectly it will be able to help us make wiser decisions in gambling including in terms of finances, in addition, tracking progress in gambling can also make us identify our strategies, skills and weaknesses in playing and that way we can improve any weaknesses that we may have so far in gambling.
When it comes to gambling, if one tracks his bets, he will definitely get some benefit as he will get an advance idea of how much money he can spend on the next bets by determining the amount of his losses. By doing this, one can get an idea about the amount of his loss. Basically, there were some areas where he was wrong or what he should focus on and so on. However, just as there are advantages to tracking gambling progress, there are also some disadvantages. When a gambler tracks his past gambling progress and regrets it, he may be more emotional about making subsequent decisions. Which can also hamper his gambling even more. That's why it doesn't make sense to me to track gambling progress.
