So here are some questions for all of us to have in mind and maybe gain some experience from all this...
  • Will Ulbricht be released (as in be a free man not just have his sentence commuted) on January 20 or 21, 2025 (ie. the first day in office)?
  • Will US government stop attacking Bitcoin?
  • Will the US government stop forcing American miners to censor transactions which is a clear violation of one of the main principles of Bitcoin?
  • Will the US government stop attacking anything remotely privacy related? For instance will shutting down mixing services including CoinJoin tools stop? Will arresting of such devs (like Samourai Wallet dev) stop?
  • Will the US government tone down its surveillance and attempt to control everything and everyone specifically those who own cryptocurrencies?
  • Will the unfair rules they keep enforcing on centralized services like exchanges stop? Rules like invasive and strict KYC and the nonsense with "taint" censorship?
  • Will the OFAC stop its sanctions on Bitcoin?
  • Will the tax laws become friendlier when it comes to cryptocurrencies or will they get worse as the budget deficit and government debt grow larger?
To be honest, this election victory does not confirms for any of the above items listed to be done for any reason, this is nothing than just a little way of gambling for those with the expectations of seeing things come in as they have expected through the presidential race, also, we can have these as a second plan for the benefits of doubts, but as we all know about what politics implies, they cant be trusted and seen reliable in whatever thing they say or do, now over to us to follow them, trust them and expect something big from them or be independent on our own and leave them to handle their fate politics.

Some were getting it wrong already not knowing that even if we do not have the presential election now, bitcoin will still finds it way of getting to all time high by either ways, the market price solely depends on its demand and supply, this has always being the trigger to the market price and the way of its volatility, we shouldn't allow politics come into this, because its a decentralized digital currency we are talking about and cannot be manipulated, assuming Trump did not win the election, bitcoin will still made it to all time high anytime, i will advise we erase our minds on the promises and remain independent with bitcoin, but i just hope that this will eliminate US from being one of the strongest antagonist to bitcoin.
