Welcome to the forum, guys. What do you exactly mean by the word “Niyvi”? I am just curious about it—the reason behind it for naming the casino such a unique name. I see that no KYC is required and VPN is also allowed. But this will lead to multi-accounting in the future. Have you thought about this? Moreover, if seriously no KYC is entertained, then does it mean the casino doesn’t have a proper license? At last I liked the part that we bitcointalk people have exclusive bonuses. I will surely check this out and will leave a detailed review on the games and user experience.
Well, casinos that are completely kyc free usually do not have a license, or an original license, because if they do, they won't be operating as a kyc free casino.
License issuers are a government body that is assigned with this responsibility, and we all know that government can't do without wanting to know who we are at all levels, so to imagine that a casino with a legitimate operational license from the government will operate on a kyc free model is like day dreaming.

As much as I personally love the model and the way this casino has advertised itself, I won't trust it completely until after (perhaps) a year or two when they must have gotten a lot of customers and made themselve trustworthy and gains a good reputation.

It's funny that I've never read any news saying that the government of Curacao is inspecting all casinos that have a Curacao license. What I've seen are people saying that they complained to the Curacao license provider about a casino that stole money from them, but that the license provider didn't respond to them and didn't solve their problems. Honestly, I always wonder how important licenses are. That's why I don't judge casinos by their licenses. I always prefer to research the reputation of the casino. Of course, if the casino also has a license, it just puts me at ease in the sense that the casino spent money to get a license, so it won't commit a scam any time soon. It can stay in operation for a while to recover the money it spent on the license and other things. But I'd only invest a little money if I were to use a new casino.
You have a very good point which I very much agree with, if you try to read my previous comment as it bothers casinos licenses, specially that particular one from Curaçao, you will always read me say that i see them as nothing but decoration for the casino, because it's absolutely useless in terms of its benefits to gamblers, in fact, I sincerely don't see Curaçao gambling casino license as a license at all since it's one that even scammers can use to operate scam casinos.

What i said about government being responsible for issuing license to casinos is based on assumptions that what we are talking about is a real casino license, not the Curaçao type, but unfortunately, Curaçao seems like it's the only body available to issue license to casinos because it's not just the cheapest, but also the easiest to get - but as well useless to gamblers (personal opinion though)
