@philipma1957 Thanks for your encouragement - Are stairs your only option? Or, is that prefered for your work/social commitments? I'm fortunate to live in a fairly flat area with literally miles of open green spaces, so I can do many miles of walking at my leisure.

Well walking at the Belmar, NJ boardwalk is something my wife and I do 50-75 times a year.
We also walk at the Freeway Raceway Mall in Freehold NJ 20 - 30 times a year.
We walk at Great Adventure in Jackson NJ 10-15 times a year.
lastly we walk at Premium Outlets in Neptune NJ 10-15 times a year.
I do the stairs a lot because I use to stairs to modify the pushups. I make the angle of pushup say 30 degrees. vs parallel to the floor.
since I do the sets of pushups where I eat (kitchen is above the stairs) I center my sets around my meals.
