You can't really combine those results in that way either. Those actuarial tables are based on the person having lived to 78. The life lessening is based on things being measured in the other way. Otherwise you could take an obese man who actuarily has two years to live (if not obese), subtract the six years and say that he'd already been dead four years. The numbers just don't play like that.
Beyond that, you linked to a website that primarily is talking about morbid obesity which, as established, Trump is not so I'm not sure where you get your six years from. Unless I'm missing something, the most pertinent thing to Trump's situation (who, as established appears to have a BMI around 30) from that site is this information:
