It seems that they have removed the information about the $30k turnover because I cant find it on their terms page unless I missed it but I tried to Ctrl+F by using the keywords "30" and "turnover" and the result is nothing.
Looks like that was the case. Not really surprising considering OP's response though. As long as they don't do it silently and always declare whenever any significant changes happen, I think that's not a big issue.
The fraudulent activity can be something questionable because casino may say it anytime to any players but I hope this casino will not use this "fraudulent activity" as a weapon to force players to conduct KYC.
Yeah, at the very least they should give examples so users will know the general boundaries of what should they do and don't. I don't expect them to be so rigid though since there's no way you can describe every context with a clear definition. CMIIW.
