For Amorim to succeed at a club like Manchester United, he would need to prove that he can handle the intense pressure, motivate a team with diverse talents, and establish a consistent, winning strategy. His victory over City is impressive, but only time and experience will show if he’s truly ready to lead a team of United’s caliber back to the top. It would certainly be interesting to see how he fares, but for now, he remains a promising coach who is not yet in the same league as the likes of Guardiola.
Yes, there will be different pressures that Ruben Amorim will feel at a big club like Manchester United. And it is clear that the pressure will feel heavier than at the previous club, namely Sporting CP. But if Ruben Amorim continues to be accompanied by Van Nistelrooy then I'm sure he will get used to it quickly there. I just hope he doesn't suffer the same fate as Erik Ten Hag. because Erik Ten Hag also had good achievements when he was at the Ajax club but apparently he was still unable to bring a team as big as Manchester United to higher performance. Because not all coaches can handle a big team like Manchester United.
One thing for sure that in Sporting Amorim was train the team so that's why Sporting can performing well under him but in Manchester United not only the pressure how to make this team great again but Amorim will fight against players ego and i think we all know some of Manchester United players has high ego and if Amorim can solved this problem and build good relationship with the players i think he can bringing Manchester United to performing good again
However changing the manager in the middle of competitions is quite risky and for the example that in Serie A there is Roma that since De Rossi sacked and replaced by Ivan Juric Roma performance is geeting worst so this probably happened too with Manchester United so that's why i think the fans shouldn't have over expectations to Amorim
