For Amorim to succeed at a club like Manchester United, he would need to prove that he can handle the intense pressure, motivate a team with diverse talents, and establish a consistent, winning strategy. His victory over City is impressive, but only time and experience will show if he’s truly ready to lead a team of United’s caliber back to the top. It would certainly be interesting to see how he fares, but for now, he remains a promising coach who is not yet in the same league as the likes of Guardiola.
I also think so Amorin is one of the talented young coaches from him being an assistant coach at Braga even though he was there as a coach but he had not yet obtained his coaching license but he managed to bring Braga to win the trophy at that time, if you look back Amorin is a coach who has talent, so I think he has a good mission from him to be brought to Man United, but again what he trained is a big club Man United I don't doubt the coach but I doubt the Man United players because they are too spoiled they seem to eat big salaries blindly there is no potential shown in every match and I hope Amorin can make the Man United players change and introspect with their own behavior.
Amorin is a young coach what he said after beating Man City looks like he is used to the English media and I think his mentality is maintained especially since he has known this club since he was an intern at Man United when Mourinho used to be so he understands the situation and I really hope Amorin can revive Man United.
Amorim is good but to win the league he has to contend against top managers like Pep Guardiola and it will not be easy with the players he has at his disposal. The Premier League has its uniqueness and can be very different from other European leagues. Amorim may have a bright future, and his methods have clearly been effective at Sporting, but managing this Manchester United team would demand a different level of skill and adaptability. Who knows, he might overhaul the team when he arrives.
