I think you misunderstood the rules - that’s not how rollover requirements work. If you deposit, let’s say, 10 mBTC and get a 250% bonus, your balance becomes 35 mBTC. To meet a 20x rollover requirement, you’d need to place bets totaling 700 mBTC before you can withdraw any of your balance.
He's not too far off in all honesty. Yes he has to wager 700mbtc but he will have to win quite a large amount to be able to keep betting or place a whole bunch on 1.01 odds bets and pray none of them lose.
It's a bad situation all the way around if you cannot opt out. I think you should have that option upon depositing and you probably shouldn't make a bet if you are trying to opt out. Wait until support handled the issue before betting, otherwise it looks like you were ok with it if you lost but not ok with it if you won.
Unless I understand things wrongly, the 1.01 odds or the slow-but-sure-with-minimal-risk bets will need an eternity. The terms disallow the player to bet on casino games. It won't count towards the wagering requirement; so, good bye dices. And that leave the player with... sportsbetting? E-sport if he wanted something that a tad bit faster?
