yet I already explained why I consider it to be better to do more repetitions per set (such as up to 8) (even if you have to modify them) since you might risk injury by doing too few reps per set.
I still need to go long road for 8 to 10 reps per set. Right now 4 is hard and 5 seems my last limit. Hopefully soon I will be there. One step after another.
Yesterday and today I added more 22 pushups. It's amazing so far I have completed 72 pushups where in the last over 10 years or more I did not even think of a single pushup (except those with my mrs 🤪)
