I get the same. It's the same message Cloudflare gives on Bitcointalk when you're trying to post something Cloudflare doesn't like. Just a few weeks ago that was /etc/hosts.
Maybe temporary solution would be for us to use TalkImg registered accounts to avoid this issue from cloudflare.In that case joker_josue would probably have to manually whitelist members who are affected.
