Hansi Flick's style of discipline is something I quite admire. He's known for his strict approach towards punctuality and his prudence in long and intensive training among players. He’s doing this to solidify the bond and understanding between the teamplayers. This to many of the players might be a bit of an harsh process, but in true sense it is not. It ensures the guys to be well prepared for the subsequent games ahead.
