As I said in this topic tracking gambling activity is useful only for professional gamblers, because their strategy obviously implies a full accounting for the distribution and minimization of risks. If you play gambling on an ad hoc basis, then keeping statistics you are unlikely to help anything. And can and aggravate because each viewing statistics is a thought not only about gambling, but also the possibility of recouping their losses, and this is very dangerous.
Most average gamblers quit keeping statistics after the first or second major loss.  With beginners happens the same thing.
So that will depends on our reason to playing gambling. We as a gambler that is not playing gambling too often will no need to have a habit to track our gambling progress. We don't want to bother to write something with our gambling activity in our file because we only want to have fun in gambling. We don't chase the win and can accept anything that can occurs.

Maybe that is right that most gamblers who keeping statistics will not routine to write what happens to them in gambling. They don't like to see their lose so they don't write many things like before. But if they still playing gambling too often, they will not realize about the money that they use to playing gambling.
