Did you look at the link posted by @OmegaStarScream ? There are cards that work in most countries of the world (with exceptions - see banned countries) - and when it comes to virtual cards, for some you don't even need KYC. As for Asian countries, there is a company that operates from Hong Kong, I assume that they support most Asian countries. Check RedotPay in Service Discussion.

Really some virtual cards dont need KYC? Thats great but I think that would be impossible in our place to have stuff like that. Since Government mostly authorize services provided theres KYC.
