Call me pessimistic, but I don't expect Trump can at least fulfill one of your question. I still remember Biden will charge higher tax to Bitcoin miner starting from next year, I think Trump will not revise Biden's idea.

How? free trading is just a dream, maybe it's possible, but only for people who have $1 Trillion and willing to hold in centralized exchange. If the exchange didn't earn from the trading fee, they can make money from the customer funds just like SBF did.
So are we to believe that United States is not going to feel the need to "compete" with this trend and create its own CBDC? I believe they will.
I wouldn't be surprised to see in a couple of years the same Trump talk about this good thing he has found that will save the dollar and call it e-USD (a copy of e-CNY).
