To be honest, my gut feeling would have told me that Real would lose this game too, but I didn't listen to it and still bet on a Real win.
But as I've already said, the CL is jinxed this year (or is it the new game mode?) ... Big clubs are losing non-stop against outsiders. But that makes the whole thing much more exciting for fans than when Manchester, Bayern or Real “march through” right from the start.
Well you're not wrong. I already outlined a couple of reasons why my bias and the biases of you and others were fixed on Madrid winning that game. I don't think it has anything to do with the recent change in UCL format because when you think about it, Real Madrid has been shitty in the la liga and they even lost 0-4 at home to Barcelona this season. Man city? They escaped losses a couple of times before Bournemouth caught up with them last weekend and ended their unbeaten run.
