I won't suggest quitting your job as well as long as your time could still accommodate it. No amount of money is enough to cover all your expenses forever. The only factor to consider doing so is if you already have something that will cover your earnings from your job, perhaps a business as what we are talking about.
I agree with what you say, particularly things Work well when you get income all the time from work, work is what gives us the income that we can always receive, the fact that you have earned money, well, you have to use it to Invest it and thus Multiply it , that's the Only thing I can Say when there is extra money, then in this aspect things can be decisive, I see that if things are done that way , even if it's buying BTC, you are already Saving and Earning as long as life Continues as it goes , and obviously Accepting one thing or another improves with the money earned.
