The way you use it defines, you can mix your coins with Binance or any other exchange in the borders of verification, but it doesn't make them mixers. You can sell or buy bitcoin from specific address, so it doesn't mean you making bitcoins clean, it's all depends on your interests. Btw you are not getting bitcoins back, you are receiving completely new transaction from the address you chose to buy from, only way you'd get bitcoins back is when you decide to cancel your offer.
you can't mix your coin on binance because thier platform requires KYC to use, you would have to be really stupid to do that.
argue as much as you want, it's not gonna change the fact that your platform is operating as a mixer, and mixers are banned on the forum.

with all the above being said, i would not trust this platform with a single dime, once you send your bitcoin to a bridge address, he can just take them and run away.
also the website is made with wordpress that alone speaks a lot about how serious and secure this platform is.
