Does anyone know is there a pool that has a limit on miners?
Was just wondering if I could join a smaller mining pool for a bigger reward.
Anybody know of a site?

Are you asking about pools without commissions, or do you think the more miners, the smaller the reward?
If you want to mine solo, then choose any pool from the list, invite miners to it, and share the rewards yourself if you mine a block.
