Has anyone successfully factory reset their Avalon Nano 3 completely? I've done it twice now and while I need to redo wifi, it retains whatever pool information I've previously put in. Trying to address a new issue where suddenly it's giving me the red ring of death Network Status issue where it shows 0 ms.

Try to change the usb cable, I had those issues and they were resolved when I changed the cable, before that I tried to flash the firmware, reset the device in every possible way I could find, nothing helped, really weird especially because the previous cable worked for months, then I just changed the location of the device and it stopped working with that cable for some reason (network red 0ms)

Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a go. Finicky little things!
The cable MUST be USB-CPD and tagged for at least 140W. A 'standard' cable is NOT made for and cannot support the PD protocol. A PD cable has a chip in it that identifies how much power it can deliver. Without that chip a standard cable will only allow 5v 3A and the nano requires 28V @ 5A.
