Stake already needed KYC, even for new user they ask it in fronts.
Basically, you still need to passed "KYC". I also think your affiliated are mostly based link, not contract like to company, sport or other. So, basically yes cause in 2025 in January all user who not "KYC" cannot play on (Stake) due the regulation.

I think what he asked is not whether his affiliates [the new sign-ups] need to perform KYC, but rather whether he himself, as the one sharing referral, will need to perform KYC before he can share his ref link. performing lv. 2 KYC. So basically yes, KYC will be needed.
