Ruud Van Nisterlrooy has been fantastic with his style of coaching I must confess, he hasn't lost any game since he has handled the team. I just pray he stays around to assist the new coach that is coming, because his counsel will be assertive for the sustainability of this current status, though the new coach will be coming with his own crew.
Wake me up when they start winning every team like play 10 games, win 7, draw 2 and lose 1, that's when we can say that there is a change in the team. Generally, when a team is replaced by a coach, the manager put up action among the players, make players to contribute their own quota of performance but that doesn't last until the coach use his strategy in the way of attacking, defending and the formation against every features they had in the coming games.
In the short term, I think it's fair to say the team has improved but I can't say much if Erik is the bad man for now because he has done much more for the team than what they are doing now but he couldn't step up his games which is why everything backfire and I think he was exhausted, even the team was exhausted that's why they were playing like people who didn't have blood running on them.
