I tend to believe that OP's situation resolve itself after certain passage of time, that's why they didn't bother to come here to explain, answer, and/or give several evidences to support their case. Afterall, the basic facts of this case is that OP is KYCed and they simply have a pending withdrawal.

With above reason, I think it's safe that I'll put "resolved" on this case when I update my list [I had an unexpected meeting last Sunday, so I can't update my list by that time].
Rollbit is a proven gambling site so I think the accusation has been created too fast as well as the problem has been solved as well which you wanted to say. But there is no reply/response (confirmation) whether that is from the gambling site or from the scam accusation creator. This is not a good way and as a reputed gambling site their representative should provide information about the solution so that others can come to know that they have solved the case and they are not a scammer.

Sometimes, things are just very obvious that casino rep doesn't bother to beat the dead horse. Razer, as Rollbit's representative, is one that usually choose to leave things once they addressed a matter with a clear and detailed explanation about what happened or when things resolved itself like this one.

I guess, I can send him a PM, inviting him to give a clarification and final saying on this, but IMO that's quite redundant.
