It's very easy you can even go on your Google search and type in Crypto games on telegram (I think the word used mostly is tap to earn).
But also don't forget many of such games are traps, yes not coin was one that gave something to their holders initially but they aren't one for the future, and since then there have been many that were just a waste of time. Looking for fast profit in crypto-currency is a high way to wasted time and effort. Also don't forget many scammers and hackers can easily use this to send phishing links or other traps to profit hungry individuals.
