Actually, most complaints are from newbie accounts primarily because they never had an account here and only create one after finding out through google and other sources about this forum and its connections to those casinos.
There are always some possibilities (at least 2), first is as what said and second is that actually the newbie account own an old bitcointalk account but
he/she does not want to use it for a reason.
The reason might be because he/she has already done KYC with the service, then he/she doesn't want to connect his/her BitcoinTalk account to his/her real identity. OK, understandable.
