I will suggest before you can raise any concerns it's best to understand your country law if gambling is permit or are legal before taking laws into your hands.

I'm wondering if OP was able to check on his state laws/jurisdictions?

Yes I already check some laws about it:

Local regulation said that the participation of minors in any type of gambling game is strictly prohibited. Gambling machines are included in these games prohibited for minors.

Also those machines should need some kind of permit to be operated, I ask "just by curiosity" to the corner store owner if they have some kind of permit for those machines and the response was "NO" they just receive some percentage of the gains as form of rent, the owner of the machines keep the rest. I bet that the owner of the gambling machines doesn't have any permit for it. But even if they have some permit, since they are allowing that kids play on them, all those people are breaking the law
