Sometimes sharing your story is like therapy honestly.
It helps people to reduce the stress. I have been doing this for the last 1 month lol.
Been on OP's situation and have done sharing my story, but I do it to friends I trusted. You should have a support system like friends or a place to go to relieve your depression and anxiety; this is GxSTxV of doing that, and I'm sure it helps. I don't think I can do what OP did; I prefer to open up to my small circle of trusted friends.
