Bellingham has been unreliable so far and his form so far has been questionable. Bellingham has been very different this season and he has really lost his best form, so I don't completely agree with your opinion. On the other hand, Mbappe is still trying to improve his performance on Real Madrid's front line and I understand that considering this is his first season at Real Madrid, he is still adapting even though many fans have high expectations of him.
So far Bellingham has only contributed 3 assists and 1 goal in 12 matches in both the Champions League and La Liga, this is very different compared to the previous season. Ancelotti is also in trouble due to injuries to many of his main players, so things will not be easy for Real Madrid even though Vinicius is starting to improve. Vinicius has been good so far, but if he is the only one who can be relied on then Real Madrid's goal productivity will not be as good as last season.
Good to see someone saying this because there is nothing to disagree with. Bellingham is a different player in all regards compared to last season. I don't know, but I thought he would become THE Real Madrid player next to Mbappe and Vinicius Junior when I saw how he played last season because that was insanely strong!
But what is an explanation for these dropping performances? It's not only Bellingham, it's the same for Mbappe and while there are some people claiming that Mbappe needs time, which I disagree with, Bellingham has already proven to be an MVP for the team. But now he is not worth mentioning in any game. Is it that some of them give their best and then they get distracted by fame and money? Like, life's too easy sort of thing? I have been thinking about that a couple of times.
