So yeah, so far you are in the midst of a trade.. since perhaps if we go by your forum registration date, you started around 18 months ago - ish.. .
NO JayJuanGee, you can't analyze a user by merely estimating the time frame they registered in the forum because there are people who knew about bitcoin and started hodling earlier before they found the forum except for someone who has already made it clear that they knew about bitcoin from the forum and also started making investments after then.
The member can clarify if the believe that I have stated something incorrect, otherwise I am going to use their forum registration date as the closest proxy of the date that they started in bitcoin. yeah sure sorry, I cannot remember all details about all forum members, and I would rather speculate on the date and have them correct me than to just let them off without pinpointing that starting date and how long they had been accumulating is an important factor that may end up affecting how they choose to manage their bitcoin. Members who are engaging in good faith will usually tend to clarify the extent to which their starting BTC might vary from their forum registration date, and even if a member tells me the extent to which his bitcoin start date might have had differed from his forum registration date, I may well not even remember on the next time that I interact with the member.
With you, for example, I will presume you been in bitcoin for right around 1 year, and if I am wrong, hopefully you will either correct me or at least provide some kind of an example that we can discuss that is relevant to whatever point that you are making.
With my own forum registration date, I will frequently clarify that I started investing into bitcoin about 3 months prior to my forum registration date..,.to the extent that my own BTC journey matters to the discussion that we might be having.
