From an initial review it seems this user is creating multiple accounts to abuse the freebies, and therefore probably tripped up some of the automated multiple account checks. It seems quite obvious, because they used sequential email addresses - almost identical nicknames and so on. Very obvious.
The support team do not usually prioritize responding to obvious multiple account freebie abusers - we get hundreds a day. The team focuses on genuine players - and always will.
How many times we have seen that players coming and complaining about the gambling site but later it is discovered that it is the gambler's fault and not a problem at the gambling site.
Also nice to see that you replied about this here as most of the users were thinking that 8Bet support do not respond here. I think it is the duty of the gambling site onwers to depute someone to answers all the quieries and complaints rasied here. Had you not responded here, we only have seen only one side of the picture but now you made the case clear.
